Who we are

RADCAT is an independent hard-tech R&D group. We solve complex physical-science problems and deliver an early-stage feasibility framework for downstream commercialization.

  • Cross-disciplinary, first-principles solutions

  • Prototype + experiment/feedback process

  • Focus on early-stage feasibility to operational testing (TRL0 - TRL6)

  • Commercialization trajectories and models

Organizations come to RADCAT when:

  • The problem is physically complex and interdisciplinary

  • Internal R&D is constrained by structure or timelines

  • The solution may require new approaches

  • Feasibility and execution outweigh optimization

  • Commercialization is stalled

HOW WE WORK

  • Concept Architecture
We build a first-principles understanding of the physical, operational, and contextual structure of the problem toward delivering unique, disruptive solution architectures.

  • Prototype & Validation
We design, build, and empirically test early-stage feasibility prototypes.

  • Operational Space Definition
We document operational behavior including: performance limits, sensitivities, scaling behavior, risks, and failure modes.

  • Commercialization & Transition
We construct a complete technology dossier: system description, results summary, resource requirements, deployment roadmap, budget estimates, risk analysis, and transition options (licensing, spin-out, JV, or internal development).

Our work is bounded by professional processes which are designed to work with sensitive new technology strategies.
